Movie Night 2017 was a success, it was great seeing everyone enjoy a movie together. We hope you had as much fun as we did. Thank you to all who helped!
Congratulations to our Rocky Run Elementary School Canstruction team for winning the People’s Choice Award. Thank you to all the teachers who are helping our children learn what it means to help others. Below is a list of upcoming events and activities:
- Monday, January 23rd is RRES Spirit Night at Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steak burgers from 5:00-8:00PM. **Please remember to tell them you are there for Rocky Run Elementary School when ordering so that we receive credit***
- Thursday, January 26th at 7:00 is a Community Input Work Session on High School Redistricting at Colonial Forge High School.
- Monday, January 30th there is an early release Elementary Schools get out at 1:10 p.m.
- Tuesday, January 31st is a Professional Day – No School
- Thursday, February 2nd is our next PTO meeting, it will be held in the RRES library at 7:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, February 8th is RRES Spirit Night at Chick-fil-A from 5-8PM.
- Keep sending in Box Tops, and Labels for Education! We’ve done a great job so far!!!
- Bulldog Pride Rock Rentals are still available. Parents can rent the rock for $20 a week in celebration of birthdays, holidays, or a personal achievement! - Giant A+ Rewards are in full effect. Remember, this year, you do not need to re-register your card if your school selections remains the same.
- The school store is open every Friday morning. Nothing in the store is more than a dollar. Please do not send children with bills larger than a $5. Thanks in Advance!
